# Check a signed file

> You are reading the Markdown version of https://okosign.com/en/check, at https://okosign.com/en/check.md. Every page of okosign.com has one: its address plus .md (the home’s is /index.md).

See who signed, when, and whether it is a qualified signature. Free, no account.

## What you see

- Who signed, as their certificate names them
- When, with the time stamp
- Whether each signature is qualified
- Whether anything changed after signing

## Which files

The checker reads signed .pdf, .asice and .edoc files. A file with no signature in it says so.

## What happens to your file

It is checked and forgotten: nothing is kept.

## Check it elsewhere too

DigiDoc4, eparaksts.lv and the EU’s own validator read the same file. The signature lives inside it, not on our servers.
