Every page of okosign.com has one: its address plus .md (the home’s is /index.md). Upload a document, add the people who must sign and send it. They sign with Smart-ID and need no account. Updated 8 November 2026 ## Steps 1. Sign in with your e-mail or with Google. 2. Confirm who you are with Smart-ID. You do this once. 3. Add your document. It is never converted: a PDF stays a PDF. 4. Add the people who must sign, by e-mail or by text message. A text message costs €0.15, on paid plans. 5. Choose the order they sign in and a deadline. 6. Send it. You get an e-mail when someone signs, and another when everyone has. ## What the other person needs No account. They open the link, check the document and sign with Smart-ID or with their own software (for a package, .edoc/.asice; a PDF on its own is signed with Smart-ID for now). The link stays readable for 30 days. ## What it costs 10 signatures a month are free. Paid plans start at €7 a person a month.
