What you need

The Smart-ID app on your phone, with a qualified account, and your PIN2. You need no account on OkoSign to sign what someone sent you.

Steps

  1. Open the link you were sent, by e-mail or text message.
  2. Read the document. Check every page.
  3. Press Sign with Smart-ID.
  4. Look at the four-digit code on the screen and find the same code in the Smart-ID app.
  5. Enter your PIN2 in the app.
  6. Done. The sender gets an e-mail to say you signed.

If the code does not match

Do not enter your PIN2. Close the request in the app and tell the sender. Only sign when the code on the screen and the code in Smart-ID are the same.

Sign your own document

Upload it on OkoSign, add the people who must sign, and sign first. 10 signatures a month are free.
