How to sign with an ID card
Sign a package (.edoc/.asice) with your ID card in your own software, then upload the signed file. OkoSign checks it and passes it on.

What you need
Your ID card, a card reader and the free signing software of your country, such as eParakstītājs or DigiDoc4. This works for a package (.edoc/.asice); a PDF on its own is signed with Smart-ID for now.
Steps
- Download the document from the link you were sent.
- Sign it in eParakstītājs or DigiDoc4 with your card.
- Upload the signed file on the same page.
- OkoSign checks that it is the same document, signed by you, with a qualified signature. Then it is recorded.
Why it may be refused
The file may be a different one from the document you were sent. The card may be someone else's. The signature may be a company seal, or the certificate may have expired. The reason is shown in plain words, and nothing is recorded.
